I built the funnel and a four-tool ops stack that keeps an entire education business running from one desk in Dehradun.
Internet Youth Academy is my own brand. I sell a ₹4,999 lifetime membership that helps people in India turn the skills they already have into income. Behind the funnel, four internal tools handle YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and paid-ad analytics. The whole thing runs without a customer support team and without an admin hire. Darshine exists because operators kept asking me how to do this for their own business. So I built them the same.

The business had to run while I slept.
When I started IYA, the math was simple. If I needed a team to scale, I would burn the margin on payroll and end up running an agency. I did not want an agency. I wanted a small studio that paid like an enterprise.
Two pieces had to ship. A funnel that closed without me on a call. And a back office that ran the four sources of traffic, the masterclass attendance, the membership reminders, and the daily reporting without anyone in a chair typing it.
Both pieces are still running today. The funnel sits at internetyouthacademy.com. The four-tool ops stack sits on a Docker host on my desk in Dehradun.
The site that closes without me on a call.
The lead magnet is not a PDF. It is a working AI tool the visitor can use in the first thirty seconds of landing. After they see what the tool found about them, the masterclass invite lands in the inbox before they close the tab.
- Free AI tools at the top of the funnel: skill-mapper, earning-path finder. Real output, no sign-up wall.
- A ₹199 masterclass at digitalfreedommodel.com that sells the ₹4,999 lifetime membership at the end. No upsell ladder.
- Three audiences spoken to in their own language. UPSC aspirants. Working professionals. Homemakers.
- Hinglish copy where it earns trust. English copy where it earns credibility. The choice is made per audience, not per page.

The backstage that does the work nobody sees.
Each of the four tools is self-hosted on a Docker box at my desk. Each one replaces a job that would have needed at least one full-time person. Together they keep the funnel fed, the members served, and the books honest.
What each tool does
- 01
YouTube Growth OS
Pulls competitor metrics, surfaces idea gaps, schedules videos. The growth team I never had to hire.
- 02
LinkedIn Command Center
Inbox, outreach drafts and feed analytics in one Docker stack with a Chrome extension over the live site.
- 03
Instagram Mgmt + drafter
DM triage, comment drafter, Reel scheduling, and engagement analytics with my own voice baked in.
- 04
AffilTrack
Self-hosted ad tracker so I do not pay a SaaS a slice of every sale for numbers I can compute myself.
Vendor lock-in eats your margin and your data. Every tool here runs on my own Docker host so I own the pipes, the data, and the unit economics. SaaS only where it earns its rent.

Lead capture happens before the visitor knows they were sold to. The masterclass closes membership in a single ninety-minute session, with no objection-handling call.
I replaced four jobs with four tools. Content production, inbox triage, ad measurement and competitor research now happen on a schedule, not on a person.
A body of work that became the proof Darshine sells on. I built the systems for myself first, then for everyone who saw them run.
“Every system in this build was paid for by a problem I had at three in the morning. Not by a roadmap. The funnel exists because I could not be on every call. The four tools exist because I could not hire four people. Darshine started the day a friend running a coaching practice asked me to build them the same. The answer is on this page.”
